For UK mainland shipping we use Royal Mail for parcels weighing less than 2kgs and prices vary from £2.75 to £ 7.50 according to weight.  For parcels from 2kg to 25kg we use the trackable Parceforce 48 service and the cost is £ 10.   For customers in the Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly we use Royal Mail for parcels of up to 3.5kgs with price varying according to weight and Parcelforce for 3.5kgs to 25kgs priced at £16. 

We can send orders to BFPO addresses but as our system treats them as UK addresses we have to add an additional charge to cover the extra postage costs.   Please email us your order and we will arrange payment via email or by phone.

For customers in the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland we use Royal Mail for parcels up to 1.5kgs and prices vary according to weight from £4 - £15.  For parcels over 1.5kgs we use Parcelforce and again the cost varies according to weight up to a maximum of 25kgs per consignment.  Orders weighing more than 25kgs will count as two or more consignments.  

For other EU customers orders up to 1.25kg will be sent by Royal Mail.  For orders over 1.25kgs  please contact us directly as prices vary according to which shipping offers are available at the time of order.   

Customers from all other countries are also asked to contact us directly to arrange shipping as we find that prices vary from week to week and we can often find special offers which can help to minimise your shipping cost.

Delivery Times

We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of confirmation of payment unless we are out of stock.   We try to make sure that the website reflects current stock availability but will advise you if we cannot complete your order or suggest a possible alternative.  Orders sent by post normally arrive within 2/3 days of despatch and those sent by Parcelforce within 48 hours.  (UK destinations only)  Please note that Parcelforce do not deliver or collect parcels at the weekend which means that an order sent out on a Thursday will arrive on Monday.   As we are closed on Monday all orders received at the weekend will be processed and should be despatched on the following Tuesday.
